AMPC, the City of Atlanta's Department of Parks and Recreation, District 8 council member Mary Norwood's office, and Park Pride are excited to invite you to celebrate the new and improved entrance at Howell Mill Road!
Join us on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at 11:30 am for the celebration! Come as you are - no RSVP needed.
Join AMPC and Trees Atlanta on Saturday, November 22, 2025 from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm for a tree planting volunteer day in the Howell Mill meadow and along the tributary in the park.
Trees that will be planted include Chinese Ironwood, White Chapel Tupelo, Rachel's Ribboncloud and Overcup Oak in the Howell Mill meadow and River Birch and Elderberry along the tributary.
AMPC is excited to share that new entrance signs are going in at each corner of the park to match the marque sign at the corner of Northside Drive and Wesley Drive. A multi-phased installation process, all three signs will be completed in November. These new signs were made possible thanks to your generous donations to AMPC!
AMPC's annual fundraiser is underway!
Thank you to our steadfast supporters who have already donated!
