JWA Shabbat is a special moment for Jewish communitiesacross the UK to come together, to listen, reflect, and speak openly about domestic abuse, recognising how it affects not just individuals but also children, families, friends, and the wider community.
This year, we invite you to join the nationwide conversation and play your part to "stop the ripple."
This JWA Shabbat, we’re asking our friends to open their homes and tables. Invite family and friends for a Shabbat meal, and use our free JWA Shabbat Pack to open up meaningful, family-friendly conversations about how we can stop the ripple effect of abuse.
This JWA Shabbat, we’ll be running stalls outside grocery shops across the community, sharing information and resources on how we can help create a safe, more supportive community.
