Mental health plays a direct role in our behavior; the way we think, feel and/or act. Individuals with dystonia can be prone to certain mental health disorders, including anxiety and depression.

Chance to Win Big by Giving Back!
 
Attention all Ontario residents! We will be hosting a 50/50 E-Raffle this Spring. Mark your calendars, ticket sales start on March 15 and end on April 15. 50% of the proceeds from ticket sales will go towards critical dystonia research and support programs while the remaining 50% could go to a person like YOU.

National Support Group Meeting 
 
 
 
There will be a virtual meeting hosted through Zoom for people with dystonia to share and learn from each other's experiences on March 26 at 1PM to 3PM Eastern Time.
 
Please check your corresponding time zone. This meeting will be open to anyone across Canada!
